It's all in the dough. 

I want to help others learn the skill of sourdough, not because it’s better than yeast bread but simply because it’s how bread used to be made and the ability to make bread products from literally salt, water and flour is so rewarding. No need to keep yeast on hand if you have a sourdough starter. 
 
I want to offer recipes and pdf’s on how to get started.
 
Someday maybe —I’ll be offering weekly bread preorders. Offering sourdough round loaves, pan loaves, bagels, english muffins and pizza dough. Probably some seasonal things like different add ins flavors, cinnamon rolls, cookies. Local delivery/pick up options will be available.
